We do not collect personal data from you except when specifically consented to and provided to us, in which case we undertake to protect the information we receive Once we receive your data , we take all necessary measures to ensure its security on our systems. We taketechnical and organizational measures in conformity with industry standards to protect your data from manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized individuals. The personal data that you provide is stored in a secure location and accessible only by designated employees who are obliged to respect MSF’s data privacy and protection policies.
Below, we have set out the principles based on which we collect and process personal data (information that identifies you or allows us to identify you) via this website and other websites and applications operated by MSF.

Collection of personal data
MSF hereby states that the purpose of collecting your email address and zip code is to be able to provide you with a list of the relevant representatives for your constituency, so that you can directly tweet at them for the purposes of this campaign. The email address provided will be used keep the campaign’s supporters updated about the developments of the campaign only if the supporter has also left the ‘Send me emails about this campaign’ checkbox enabled.
MSF requests personal data only in situations where it is needed for the management of our campaign, activities or public appeals.
We meticulously collect and process your personal data, only for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and only to the extent that is necessary for these purposes. We only store your personal data insofar and as long as is required for us to conduct our campaign and activities or to the extent that we are required to do so by law.
Personal data is also collected by MSF for the purposes of sending out electronic communications containing the latest MSF news and updates.

MSF has signed standard outsourcing agreements with Nationbuilder and Phone2Action for external data processing overseas.These agreements guarantee adequate protection of personal data (within the meaning of Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Data Protection Act) in the transfer of this data for data processing purposes.
MSF works in partnership with third parties to manage our digital communications, including providers of online campaigning tools to support our campaigns.
